Shipping Destinations

Currently, we only ship to the contiguous United States (Lower 48). We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.

Delivery Details

  • To ensure timely delivery, we adhere to strict processing schedules:
  • Order Cutoff Time: 2:00 PM (CST) – Monday through Friday.
  • Handling Time: Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days (Monday – Friday).
  • Note: Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST on Friday or during the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday.

Transit Times & Delivery Estimates

We do not support multiple shipping addresses in a single order. For multiple destinations, place separate orders.

Order Status & Tracking

Once your order has been handed over to our freight partners, transit times vary based on the item size and your location:

Standard Items (Push Mowers, Parts, Accessories): 3–5 business days.

Heavy Equipment (Zero-Turn Mowers, Riding Mowers, Robot Mowers): 5–8 business days.

Total Estimated Delivery Time: 6–11 business days.

Order Tracking

Once your equipment is in transit, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.

Shipping Methods & Freight Delivery

Delivery Appointment: The carrier will contact you via the phone number provided at checkout to schedule a delivery window. A signature is required for all freight deliveries.

Standard Shipping: Smaller items ship via UPS, FedEx, or USPS.

LTL Freight Delivery: Large mowers are shipped via Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) carriers.

Lift-Gate Service: All residential freight deliveries include a complimentary lift-gate service to safely lower the equipment from the truck to your driveway.

Damaged Shipments

Your equipment is fully insured during transit. IMPORTANT: Please inspect the packaging before signing for the delivery. If the item appears damaged, please refuse the shipment or note “Damaged upon receipt” on the delivery receipt and contact us immediately at Contact@fkalogistics.com.
